Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING WITHIN THE THAILAND

All orders shipping to locations within the Thailand are shipped for free using Standard Ground Shipping. . Most orders are fulfilled within 2 business days and shipped from our warehouse in Vermont.  Shipping typically delivers within 1–5 days within the Thailand.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship our products across the globe! Shipping cost calculations are based on delivery location, and can be seen within the checkout process.

DELIVERY ISSUES OR PRODUCT DAMAGE FROM SHIPPING

Damaged product (concealed or otherwise) is the responsibility of the carriers. If you receive a damaged parcel upon delivery, have the driver note “damaged” on the delivery sheet. Call your post office at once so an inspection can be made. Then call our office at (+66) 2 868 7711 with your name and invoice number (which can be found in your order confirmation email).

Should you discover damaged product after opening the parcel, follow the same procedure as above (hold onto shipping container and damaged product). Delivery service and celfix cannot be held liable unless this procedure is followed. We will assist your efforts and apply credits appropriately.

If a product is received in error, please Contact Customer Service so we can issue a call tag, have the product picked up, and reship the correct item(s).

RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

Merchandise may be returned (if in original unopened condition) within 30 days of purchase date. An authorization must be obtained before merchandise can be returned. Please Contact Customer Service and an Account Representative will respond to you to begin the return process.

Returns must be sent freight prepaid. Customer is liable for original freight charges, whether or not a freight allowance was applied to the original order.

All returns after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking free. No returns after one year.
